Our current work includes:

• Using a transcriptional readout of blood cell differentiation to risk-stratify Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
• Precision targeting of Primary CNS Lymphoma and its tumour microenvironment.
• Investigating organ tropism in Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

We work closely with the Haniffa Lab (Newcastle University/ Wellcome Sanger Institute) and Behjati Lab (Wellcome Sanger Institute)
